A rare and confirmed by Frank DeLizza, Juliana by D&E.   This is a RARE set because it makes use of the "picture frame" finding that is known by some collectors to be by Coro, used in the scenic 3D brooches known as "Picture Frame Pins".    HOWEVER.......  D&E did not make Picture Frame Pins, but they did utilize the finding in this rare sparkler!   The brooch measures 2" inches by 1 1/2" inches and has sparkling hyacinth orange navettes and marquise, and AB Austrian crystals in prong settings, with a RARE bar pin in back.  All open settings.   The matching contour earrings measure 1 1/2" inches in length and have the "donut hole" clip backs (like Hobe' - which D&E also made jewelry for occasionally).  This set is a great collectible.   Mint condition.
