Want to attract attention?  Feeling blue, or lusciously BLUE!?   Here's a dress clip that I find hard to part with.  Though unsigned it probably is designer-made piece, 1940s, and lip-smacking good!  Lucky 13 large un-foiled oval faceted Montana or Cobalt blue prong set rhinestones graduate down, in a dress clip that measures 2 1/4" inches long and 1 1/2" inches wide.   It's stunning!
