This is a signed Vendome Japanned Fuchsia Rhinestone Brooch and Earrings Set, that is just exquisite!   Not sure what sort of flora this is supposed to be but I'm guessing that they are some sort of berries.   All prong set fuchsia rhinestones, the brooch is 2 3/4" inches wide and the earrings are 1 1/8" inch long and have both clip on and screw backs.   MINT.
