This Weiss flower pin was made by DeLizza & Elster (D&E) and is
gold-plated metal with prong-set navettes of blue Austrian crystal
rhinestone petals and leaves and a faceted sapphire blue crystal center.
Measures 3" inches. My photo is not as good as the one in the
