Here are a pair
for comparison. The one with the blue stones is the repro and it was NOT
made by the same company as the other ones. Notice it is slightly smaller
than the genuine old one, which is sterling. Both are marked "Eisenberg
Original".
|
This is one of
the prettiest repros. Signed with a scroll E. The old one is a pin/clip and
is slightly smaller. It is a pin/clip in sterling with a gold wash.
|
This one has
appeared several times on eBay with no mention that it is not old.
Mark is Eisenberg Original |

This one has
appeared on eBay, identified as vintage. It is also shown in a book, and the
author must not have known it was a repro. Marked Eisenberg Original.

good looking fruit salad basket with "carved" leaves. The mark is Staret.

a Coro Duette. It is all one piece, the owls are not removable.

Most expensive
repro available, the Staret Torch. The two bows are marked "Eisenberg

|

this one on eBay several times, not listed as a reproduction. I remember
seeing a picture of the original version of this one in a book. It was all

The repro people seldom make pieces with just crystal
stones. This one is 2¼" and marked with a scroll E.
|
We have seen a few of the
genuinely old ones like this recently. This one combines too many different
colors of stones. Also note that the stone in the base is NOT faceted. The
mark is Eisenberg Original and it id 3½" tall. |

 |
One of the
first repros that I ever bought. I have the old one in this design and it is
noticeably smaller, mark is Eisenberg Original. Original is sterling with a
gold wash.
|
This one is
signed Coro Craft. The top one is the repro, however the colors are actually
identical. For some reason the enamel on the repro registered very vividly.
|
This is a
design used by Eisenberg, but I have never seen it with these stones.

This bow is heavier than
most. It is 4½" tall and marked Eisenberg Original. The only rhinestones
on it are very dark blue opaque baguettes. It has designs in the metal that
give the effect of marcasite, they are not set in but are part of the piece
itself. . |
Unusual pin with green and blue
baguettes. Almost 4" long. Mark is Eisenberg Original. |
Gold color with ruby ABs 2" across and 2½" top to
bottom. The mark would indicate it was part of Eisenberg's Classic Series
done in 1994. However, I have all of them and this design was not among
them. Marked Eisenberg Ice 94
